It is with deep sorrow that we announce the death of Elizabeth Jane Mahlon (Grampian, Pennsylvania), born in Thompsontown, Pennsylvania, who passed away on December 22, 2019, at the age of 87, leaving to mourn family and friends. She was predeceased by: her parents, George Crawford and Elsie Jane McClinsey (Marshall); her sons, John E. Mahlon Sr. and Roger L. Mahlon; her granddaughter Harley Rowles; and her siblings, Allen Snyder, Bertha and Violet Soliday.
She is survived by: her daughters, Nancy Gearhart (Sam) of Madera, Eileen Krom (Michael) of Angleton, TX and Barbara Rowles of Grampian; her grandchildren, John (Chad Mahlon), Jason (Bradley Krom), Amanda Gearhart, Roger (Alex Mahlon) and David Rowles; and her great grandchildren, Jeffrey, Caleb, Steven Mahlon, Cheyenne Applegate, Jayden Krom, Bricen Gearhart and Kannon Addleman.
The family suggests contributions be made to either the Clearfield County Special Olympics P.O. Box 355 Hyde, PA 16843 of the charity of the donor's choice.
