He was predeceased by: his parents, Stephen C. Kovall and Anna Kovall (Fedroff); his daughter Jill Freeman; his grandson Ryan Mathews; and his siblings, Stephen J., Frank A., George C. Kovall and Irene Cassidy.
He is survived by: his children, David Kovall DuBois (Monica) and Kathleen Sopic Clearfield (Ed); his grandchildren, Janessa Passmore (Shawn), Kayla Kovall, Jonathan Kovall (Dawn), Annie McDermott (Patrick), Elizabeth Leah (Matt), Madison Greenland (Nathan) and Maggie Sopic (Wil); his great grandchildren, Elizabeth Rose Mathews, Hunter Passmore, Logan Passmore, Frankie McDermott, Brooks McDermott, Blake Leah, Bridger Leah, Max Greenland and Vivian Greenland; his sister Geraldine Van Hook; and his sister-in-law Anne Kovall of Gettysburg.
The Family suggests memorial contributions be made to the St. Bonaventure Cemetery Fund c/o St. Timothys Church 306 Walnut St. Curwensville, PA 16833.
