He was predeceased by: his parents, Clifford Issac and Fay Elda Welder (Hartzfeld); his siblings, Richard, LeRoy, Clair, Ruby and Rosie; and his grandchildren, Jordan Rang and Danielle Moriarity.
He is survived by: his wife Ruth Ann Welder (Ritz); and his daughters, Tammy Barnyak (Greg), Susan Stiles (William), Georgia Rang (Craig), Martina, Joanna, Dorothy and Megan. He is also survived by nineteen grandchildren and six great grandchildren.
