Phillips (Martin) of Wallaceton, PA.; her sister Jessica Pollard of Houtzdale, PA; her grandparents, Dorothy Martin of Houtzdale, PA, James and Caroline Phillips of West Decatur, PA; her niece McKinlee Martin; and her nephew Ayden O'Connor.
