She was predeceased by: her parents, Steve Sisak and Eva Sisak (Kundla). She is survived by: her grandchildren, Madeline, Nathan, Julia Komoroski, Grady, Griffin, Anna Catherine and Carter Castiglia; and her siblings, Stephen Sisak (Rich) of Murrysville, Gloria Sisak (George Giangi) of Hershey and Darlene Schneider of Clearwater. She is also survived by several nieces, nephews and cousins.
