He is survived by: his wife Mary Kmitch (Parish); his son Bryan (Marikay); his granddaughters, Kalie and Bryanna; his stepson Edward Polifko (Amy); his sisters, Paulette Tretter (George) and Lucinda "Cindy"; his nephew Timothy Tretter (Denise); and also Nichol Hartzell (James).
