She was predeceased by: her parents, Frederick Floyd and Anna May Beam (Testor); and her siblings, Arthur Beam and Carol Hoffman. She is survived by: her husband Mark Hoffman; her children, Melissa Connors (Kerry) of Madison Twp, Kimberly Csezmadia (Amanda O'Sullivan) of Throop, Georgean Amato (Michael) and Matthew Csezmadia (Angel) of Gouldsboro; her grandchildren, Kerry, Tyler, Aliviah, Mikey, Mason, Cody, Ayden, Harlee, Nicholas, Liam, Brittany, Lexi and Dylan; her great grandchild Carter; her siblings, Frederick Beam of Moscow and June McNeal of Hackettstown, NJ; and her stepchildren, Steven, Kiersten, Mark Jr. and Brandi Hoffman.
