She was predeceased by: her parents, Harold Leon and Mary Emma Frailey (Henry); her sisters, Carlotta and Evelyn; and her grandchild Dedria Meeker.
She is survived by: her close friend Ralph Garcia; her children, Laurie Gartland (James), Mary Bowsfield (Keith) of Hackettstown, NJ, Amy Jo Rutt of Eustis, FL, William Hall II of Elmira, NY and Shannon Strausser of Covington Twp; her siblings, James Frailey (Mary Alice) of Albuquerque, NM, Buster Frailey of Amarillo, TX, Sarah, Jenn, Tabitha, Michelle, Tassy, Samantha, Lucas, Leonna, Kyle and Stan; her great grandchildren, Dex, Declan, London, Aiden, Leighton, Katherine, Roman, Monroe, Emily, Joseph, Julius, Ava and Jackson; and her pets, Sadie and Fancy.
