He was predeceased by: his spouse Joanne Kling High; his parents, James High and Kathryn High (Barley); his daughter Ann Louise Wimer; and his siblings, Norma Fryberger and Douglas High.
He is survived by: his children, Victoria High Janeski (Jerry Janeski), Christine High Young and James Kling High (Lisa Rae High); his grandchildren, Nicholas Young, James Alexander High, Kelsey Stamper, Elyse Wimer Fisher and Taylor Wimer; his great grandchildren, Moses Stamper, Eden Stamper, James N. High and Elijah Stamper; and his brothers, Michael B. High and Gregory L High.
