He was predeceased by: his parents, Leon W. Hogg and Arlene Sheaffer Hogg. He is survived by: his siblings, Jeffery S. (Cynthia Ream Hogg) of Gap, Mitchell A. (Nancy J. Holton) and Patricia L. (Russell P. Bricker) of Harrisburg. He is also survived by 7 nieces and nephews and 10 great nieces and nephews.
