He was predeceased by: his parent Norman H.; his sisters, Dora Hills and Helen Seltour; his stepmother Margaret Richardson; and his stepbrother Robert Richardson.
He is survived by: his parent Ada Stitzer (Sell); his wife Beryl Grace Stitzer (Reese); and his children, Jacqueline Babb (Richard) of Gordon, Michele Kirwan of Greenbelt, MD and Norman (Sandy) of Gordon.
