He was predeceased by: his parents, Frank Vender and Anna Vender (Kosiorowski); his daughters, Tonilynn Vender and Melissa V. Vender; and his sisters, Bernice Campan and Juliann Gluchowski.
He is survived by: his wife Carrie (McCartney); his daughter Lydia A. Vender-Fischioni (Alfredo Fischioni) of Moorestown, NJ; his stepchildren, Jill H. Trostle (Gary Parrish) of Hanover, PA, James M. Helm, Jr. (Deborah) of Spring Grove, PA and Jon A. Helm (Shelly) of Gettysburg, PA; his grandchildren, Olivia Fischioni and Luca Fischioni; his stepgrandchildren, Matthew Helm, Cory Helm, Wesley Trostle, Wyatt Trostle and Emily Helm; and his sister Frances Koropsak. He is also survived by 3 step great grandchildren.
