She was predeceased by: her parents, Lawrence Russell and Miriam Russell (Altland); and her sister Janice Shaffer. She is survived by: her children, Barry Shaffer (Tammy) and Sherry Kopp; her grandchildren, Danyiel Wise (Dan), Kyle Shaffer (Megan) and Jennifer Kopp; her great grandchildren, Chloe Amspacher (Eli), Aubrie Greenbriar (Jacob), Benjamin Wise, Ava Lehr, Jaidyn Shaffer and Bryce Shaffer; and her siblings, Ruth Anne Keeney, Carole Rebert (Dale) and Lawrence Russell, Jr..
Visitation was held on Saturday, February 15th 2025 from 11:00 AM to 12:00 PM at the Christ Church (200 N Main St, Jacobus, PA 17407). A memorial service was held on Saturday, February 15th 2025 at 12:00 PM at the Christ Church of Jacobus (200 N Main St, Jacobus, PA 17407).
