It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Edmund Homer Stambaugh of Glenville, Pennsylvania, born in Hanover, Pennsylvania, who passed away on July 11, 2024, at the age of 61, leaving to mourn family and friends. He was predeceased by: his mother Virginia Stambaugh (Wiles); and his sisters, Susan Lawrence, Rebecca Wagaman and Linda Whisnant. He is survived by: his father Homer S. Stambaugh; his children, Ethan Stambaugh of York, PA, Jordan Stambaugh of Painesville and Emily Stambaugh of Glenville, PA; his grandson Josiah Stambaugh of York; and his siblings, Deborah J. Martin of Port Matilda, PA, Carolyn L. Leppo of Hanover, Vicky Kise of Hanover, Gary A. Stambaugh of Manchester, MD, Judy L. Groft of Hanover and Scot W. Stambaugh of Glenville.
For those desiring, the family asks that in lieu of flowers, memorial contributions be made either to St. David's United Church of Christ, or to the funeral home to help defray the costs of the arrangements.
