He was predeceased by: his parents, Melvin E. Leppo and Josephine E. Leppo (Garrettson). He is survived by: his wife Cheryl A. (Rupp); his children, David W. Leppo, Jr. (Tanya) of Camp Hill, PA and Beth A. Rabine (Adam) of Hanover, PA; his grandchildren, Jacob Rabine, Lane Rabine and Leah Rabine; his siblings, Karen Whelan (Keith Perry) and Jon M. Leppo; and his nieces and nephews, Katherine Whelan, Grace Leppo, John T. Whelan, Jr. and Derrick Leppo.
