He was predeceased by: his parents, Elmer and Anna; and his sister Anne Sage (Howard). He is survived by: his wife Sharon; his children, Thomas Jr. (Kellie) and Julie Davis (John); his grandchildren, Tommy, Vanessa, Alicia and JJ; and his brothers, James (Louise) and John (Micki).

In lieu of flowers, donations may be made in Tom's memory to the American Heart Association.
