He is survived by: his wife Susan; his children, Thomas D. IV, Sean (Racheal), Terrence (Camila), Kevin (Dominique), Caitlin Bambi (Michael) and Kelly; his grandchildren, Sophia, Vincent, Gwen, Annabel, Bryce, Brayden, Tatum and Isla; and his sisters, Rosemarie Cikotas and Antoinette Jones.

In lieu of flowers donations to American Cancer Society- Lung Cancer Society would be appreciated.
