She was predeceased by: her husband John McDonough; her parents, James M. McNamara and Rosemary W. McNamara; and her siblings, Thomas (Betty Ann) and Michael McNamara (Diane Mayer).

She is survived by: her children, Thomas (Katherine), Robert and Matthew; her granddaughter Clara Mae; her brothers, James (Sharon), William (Mary), Robert (Karen), Gerald (Mary Frances), Patrick (Kristin), Joseph (Joan) and John (Anne); and her aunt Safa. She is also survived by cousins, nieces and nephews, and her many close friends.
