It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Robert D. Rooney (Glenside, Pennsylvania), who passed away on July 8, 2023, at the age of 72, leaving to mourn family and friends. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
He is survived by: his wife Mary Lou; his son Austin (Dana Suchecki); his siblings, Theresa Rooney (Ed Martin), Donald Rooney (Trish Leary) and Maureen Moore; his nephews, Douglas Moore and Matthew Rooney; his niece Beth Hinkhouse Moore; and his great-nieces, Sybilla Moore, Piper Moore and Jade Rooney.
In lieu of flowers, donations to the Montgomery County SPCA, 1006 Edge Hill Rd., Abington, PA 19001, would be appreciated.
