He was predeceased by: his parents, Margaret Acton, and Robert Charles Acton, Sr.; and his sister Judith Lynch (Edward). He is survived by: his wife Patricia J. Acton (Pretzello); his sons, Robert C. Acton IV and Eric A. Acton; his stepdaughter Sarah Davis; his grandchildren, Courtney, Ricky, Keri, Morgan and Jude; and his great grandchildren, Lincoln, Addison, Walker, Ryker and Lux.
