He is survived by: his father Warren MacDonald, Jr. (Skip); his wife Christie Lynn (Icenhower); his children, Bryan and Madison; his siblings, Colleen Hamson (John), Ian (Susan), Matthew (Darcy), Drew and Aaron; his mother-in-law Nancy Icenhower; his brothers-in-law, David Icenhower (Becky) and Jared Icenhower; and his stepsisters, Allison Sedore (Alex) and Ashley Bradshaw. He is also survived by aunts, uncles, cousins, nieces, a nephew, and friends.
