He is survived by: his wife Anne; his sister Ann (Jim Getz); his nephew Lawrence Zalewski of Columbus; his brother-in-law Malcolm Mackenzie (Martha) of Napa, CA; and his nieces, Elizabeth (Dan Cody) of Berkeley, CA, Alison (Dan Levin) of Los Angeles and Jessica (Daniel Miller) of Los Angeles.
