He was loved and cherished by many people including: his wife Rita; his daughters, Paula Sayre (Ron), Eileen Jacobs (Dieter) and Ashleigh Freiler; his grandchildren, Bronwyn, Audrey, Rory Sayre, Aidan, Liam Jacobs, Quinn Jacobs, Christian and Margaret; and his siblings, Lorraine Lapetina (Michael) and Jim (Rachel). He was also cherished by father and grandfather, his kids and their kids.
In lieu of flowers, donations may be made in Phil's memory to Queen of Peace Church or to any charity special to your own heart.
