Lola T. Buonomo Obituary
With solemn hearts, we announce the passing of Lola T. Buonomo (Glenside, Pennsylvania), whose presence will be deeply missed, having departed on December 5, 2024 at the age of 94. Leave a sympathy message to the family on the memorial page of Lola T. Buonomo to pay them a last tribute.
She was predeceased by: her parents, Olga Tassi and Luigi Tassi; her husband Jack Buonomo; and her siblings, Chris, Tarsilla, Josephine, Guido and Henry.
She is survived by: her sons, Louis (Kathleen) and John (Maryann).
Visitation was held on Thursday, December 12th 2024 from 9:30 AM to 11:00 AM at the St. Luke the Evangelist Church (2316 Fairhill Ave, Glenside, PA 19038). A private funeral Mass was held on Thursday, December 12th 2024 at 11:00 AM.
You may send flowers or donate to Cranaleith Spiritual Center in Lola's neighborhood run by the Sisters of Mercy, for which Lola in her earlier years cooked, often making pots of her signature meatballs.
