He was predeceased by: his parents, John Godlewski and Delia Godlewski. He is survived by: his wife Dayle Godlewski; his children, Diane E. Flippen (Byron) and Kevin M. Godlewski, Sr. (Lisa); his grandson Kevin M. Godlewski, Jr.; and his sister Diane Conway (Bob). He is also survived by many nieces, nephews and extended family.
