She is survived by: her daughter Pam Smith; her granddaughters, Marissa and Jenna; her pet Cooper (Goober); and her siblings, Sally Wisocky (Ron) and Michael Samok (Leanne).

Funeral Services are private due to Covid-19 circumstances.
