He was predeceased by: his parents, William Muldowney and Anne Muldowney; and his brother William M. Muldowney. He is survived by: his wife Donna M. Muldowney; his children, Kathleen Oursler (late Jim), Kellianne Reed (Ken) and James William Muldowney; his grandchildren, Brigid Greenfield (Ed), Kerrilyn Capone (Dennis), Patrick Oursler, Connor Reed and Dillon Reed; his great grandchildren, Edward, Henry and Beau Greenfield; and his siblings, Robert (Sharon), Jack (Anna) and Nanci Fitzpatrick.
Visitation was held on Friday, April 11th 2025 from 10:00 AM to 11:15 AM at the William R. May Funeral Home, Inc. (354 N Easton Rd, Glenside, PA 19038). A memorial service was held on Friday, April 11th 2025 at 11:30 AM at the William R. May Funeral Home (354 N Easton Rd, Glenside, PA 19038).
In lieu of flowers, donations may be made in his memory to the Commodore Club in Sea Isle City, NJ and the VFW 1963 in Sea Isle City, NJ.
