He was predeceased by: his daughter-in-law Jessica; his brother John Finley; and his parents, Marie Finley and John Finley. He is survived by: his wife Mary Louise; his children, James Jr. (Andrea), Robert (Joan), Mary Louise Baier (Jack) and Stephen (Heather); and his sibling Claire Connors. He is also survived by 11 grandchildren, 1 great granddaughter.
