She was predeceased by: her husband Robert A. Dawson, Jr.; her parents, Fred F. DeWitt and Katherine DeWitt (Gaubatz); and her daughter Patricia Bregenzer. She is survived by: her children, Mark W. Dawson Huntingdon Valley (Janice) and Linda Smeltzer; her siblings, Leila Smith and Donald DeWitt; and her sister-in-law Dennie DeWitt.
