He was predeceased by: his parents, Lee Roy and Dawn Joan Franklin; and his brother Micheael Joseph Franklin. He is survived by: his wife Gail Franklin; his siblings, Bobby King, Maureen Maycott, LeeAnne Morrison and Gail Stolp; his children, Patricia Franklin, Christopher Franklin (Annmarie), Laura Franklin, Dennis Franklin, Sharon Montgomery and Brian Franklin; and his grandchildren, Stephen, Ella, Ava, Alyssa, Bethany, Nicolette, Amelia and Nathan.
