He was predeceased by: his spouse Dolores E. Ortolani; his sister Rita Stanley; and also, Evelyn Starkey and Esther Voss. He is survived by: his children, Debra A. Marmuscak (Thomas), Donna M. Wittman (Charles), Daniel R. Jr. (Reyna), David C. (Lisa) and Denis V. (Sabina); and his brother Valentine Ortolani (Eileen). He is also survived by 11 grandchildren, 5 great grandchildren.
