He is survived by: his children, David Lieu (Anna Han), Jimmy Lieu (Agueda Lin), Nancy Kauffman (Andrew), Kendy Lieu (Krystal Eng Lieu), Rickie Lieu and Helen Sutow (Kien Ly Phu); and his grandchildren, Caleb Lieu, Christian Kauffman, Abigail Lieu, Kali Kauffman and Alyssa Lieu. He is also survived by one sister and three brothers.
