He was predeceased by: his parents, Carol Hotopp and Leonard Hotopp; and his son Patrick. He is survived by: his wife Dona; his sister Diane Holden; his daughters, Tara (Bob) and Megan (Pete); and his grandchildren, Tommy, Danny, Jack and Grace.
Visitation was held on Monday, March 31st 2025 from 6:00 PM to 8:00 PM at the Neely Funeral Home (2208 Mt Royal Blvd, Glenshaw, PA 15116). A Mass of Christian burial was held on Tuesday, April 1st 2025 at 10:30 AM at the St. Mary of the Assumption Church (2510 Middle Rd, Glenshaw, PA 15116).
The family requests in lieu of flowers donations in his name be made to the Pittsburgh Symphony Orchestra, or Catholic Charities.
