She was predeceased by: her husband John E. Kuzemchak; and her siblings, David, Mark Garman and Judith Raich. She is survived by: her children, Diane Boy (John), John H. Kuzemchak (Kelly), Karen Cooney (Eric) and Michael Kuzemchak; her grandchildren, John, Alex, Courtney, Alexis, Nicholas and Tyler; her great grandchildren, John Cason and Theodore; and her siblings, Phil Garman and Barbara Boyer.

In lieu of flowers donations may be made to North Hills Community Outreach.
