He is survived by: his parents, Robert White and Cynthia White (Barbor); his grandfather James Barbor; his brother Matthew (Meagan); his niece Ava; his uncles, George White (Sandy) and Keith Barbor (Karen); his aunt Karen Morgan (Jerry); and his cousins, Scott White (Amy), Chris Morgan (Sylvia), Michelle Kucera (Ryan) and Doug Barbor (Emily). He is also survived by friends and family members.
In lieu of flowers, the family is asking for donations to be made to Autism Speaks or Autism Society, in memory of Shawn.
