He is survived by: his wife Mary Ann Johnson (Curl); his children, Randall Johnson (Mariinha), Cyndi Welton (Michael), David Johnson (Kathy) and Laura Mann (John); his grandchildren, Pedro Johnson, Frank Shaffer, Jr. (Samantha), Sarah Pelkofer (Joseph), Nicole Johnson, David Johnson, Daniel Smullin (Barbara) and Amy Boop (Steve); and his great grandchildren, Ryan, Daniel, Nathan, Ashley, Dylan and Wesley.
