He was predeceased by: his wife Betty M. Perry. He is survived by: his children, Scott Perry and Denise Perry; his siblings, William Perry (Bill), Greg Perry, Mary Lou Kotomski and Kevin Perry; and his stepchildren, Tony Ross and Irene Hawk. He is also survived by many grandchildren, great-grandchildren, nieces, nephews, friends and neighbors.
