He was predeceased by: his parents, Raymond T. and Mary E. Blackham (McCarney); and his sister Sally A. Blackham. He is survived by: his wife Patricia (Treat); his children, Raymond J. Blackham (late Maryanne), Paul R. Blackham (Jennie) and Diane B. Casile (Pete); and his grandchildren, Aaron Blackham, Sadie Paul (Justin), Nickolas Nicoletti, Holly Blackham, Angel Blackham and Bella Casile.
