He was predeceased by: his parents, Peter J. Ramage and Margaret E. Ramage; his former wife Margaret "Peggy" Burgo; and his sister Marion Saeli (Tom). He is survived by: his wife Mary Ellen Ramage; his daughters, Colleen Ramage, Christine Balistrieri (Joseph), Connie Elrick (Tom) and Carla Minnich (Chaz); his grandchildren, Jason, Sarah, Joshua, Michael, Lauren, Chloe, Callie, Alex and Noah; and his sister Joanne Tomiczek (John) of Laurel Burrell. He is also survived by numerous nieces and nephews.

In lieu of flowers, the family requests donations be made in his name to the Society of St. Vincent De Paul.

“Mr. Ramage was always one of my favorite teachers at Prospect Jr. High. I reached out to him a few years ago to say how much I enjoyed his teaching and class. It doesn't really seem that long ago, but it was actually about 1970, so it really was. You can never forget a good & kind teacher. I'll bet he made a wonderful Dad. RIP.”
