It is with deep sorrow that we announce the death of Mildred Hoffman (Glenshaw, Pennsylvania), born in Pittsburgh, Pennsylvania, who passed away on February 22, 2021, at the age of 86, leaving to mourn family and friends. She was predeceased by: her parents, John Jackson and Jean Jackson; her husband Robert Hoffman; her daughter Barbara Hoffman; and her siblings, Florence Lee, John "Jack" Jackson and Raymond Jackson.

She is survived by: her children, Robert D. Hoffman, Jr., Frank Hoffman (Cathy), Carolyn J. Hoffman and Steven C. Hoffman (Jennifer); her grandchildren, Walter, Steven, Luke, Isabella and Adam; and also, Bob Currin and Edna Simmers.
