She was predeceased by: her parents, Dale R. Cook and Frances E. Cook; her sister Virginia Bright (Cook); and her husband Richard L. Carlson. She is survived by: her children, Dale R. Carlson (Jennifer) and Karen J. Terragno (Paul); and her grandchildren, Eric, Kyle, Ryan Carlson, Renee, Kalie and Anna Terragno.
