He was predeceased by: his parents, Bob Kumanchik and Joyce Kumanchik; his son Scott; and his nephew Brandon Ulrich. He is survived by: his sons, Eric J. and Kenny Kumanchik; his nieces and nephews, Vinny (Jennifer), Samantha, Emily, Nicholas, Ryan and Scott; and also Cyndy Ulrich (Joe). He is also survived by many family members and friends.

In lieu of flowers, donations may be sent to the family for Funeral expenses.
