He was predeceased by: his parents, George Mohr and Helen Mohr. He is survived by: his wife Patricia Puntureri Mohr; his children, Brian Carson (Tina), Kristi Gaynord (Geo Mohr IV), Scott Mohr (Damaris), Christina, Damian, Ryan, Cassidy, Cody, Caden, Layla, Max, Sophia and Summer; and his brother George J. Mohr (Lynette).
