He was loved and cherished by many people including: his parents, John Hall and Wilma Davis; his wife Mary Jane Hall (Deeds); his children, Thomas Hall (Amy) and Donna Fetterman (Reigel); his grandchildren, Dana Dulacy, Amber Hall and Jacob Hall (Kirsten); his great grandchildren, Isbella Humes and Dutchess Meggett; his brother William "Bill" Hall; and his partner Shirley Frazier.
