He was loved and cherished by many people including: his parents, John, Sr. Elliott and Anna Elliott (Martin); his wife Nancy Jane Carnahan; his children, Jane Coul (Dave), John Elliott (Terry) of Beloit, WI and Cindy Elliott; his grandchildren, Lindsey Myers (Natrona Heights), Melissa Elliott (Mike Kennally) and David Coul; and his brother Donald B. Elliott. He was also cherished by numerous nieces and nephews.
