She was predeceased by: her parents, Arnold Hughey and Teresa Hughey; her husband Frank R. Rusbasan Jr.; and her sister Sally Duffett (Bill). She is survived by: her grandchildren, Evan and Brennan Koch; her siblings, Sue Arendt (late James), Michael Hughey (Nancy), Tim Hughey (Christy) and Terry Shore (Bill); and her sibling-in-law Charley Rusbasan (Susan).
Visitation was held on Wednesday, April 2nd 2025 from 2:00 PM to 8:00 PM at the Hahn Fh & Cremation Services Inc. (123 North Ave, Millvale, PA 15209). A funeral Mass was held on Thursday, April 3rd 2025 at 10:00 AM at the St Bonaventure Church (2001 Mt Royal Blvd, Glenshaw, PA 15116).
