As we bid farewell to this cherished soul, solace is taken in the memories held dear — the laughter shared, the wisdom imparted, the moments of quiet reflection in their presence. Though Jeff may no longer walk among us, his spirit lives on in the echoes of his kindness, the warmth of his embrace, and the light of his enduring love.
He was predeceased by: his parents, Edward Koski and Irene Koski; and his son Zachary (Pepper). He is survived by: his wife Mary Koski (Hollern); his children, Nicholas (Diana), Sarah (Morgan) and Tatum; his sister Janice Moushey; his cousin Jimmy Carlowski; and his pet Bailey. He is also survived by many loving nieces, nephews, extended family.
A funeral service was held on Saturday, November 16th 2024 from 10:00 AM to 10:45 AM at the St Mary of the Assumption Church - Our Lady of Perpetual Help Parish (2510 Middle Rd, Glenshaw, PA 15116).
