She was predeceased by: her mother Cathy Eileen Varner Wetzel. She is survived by: her father Carl W. Wetzel; her husband John P. Fischer; her son Maksim (Roger Fischer); and her brothers, Scott W. (Julie) and Michael W. Wetzel of Butler, PA. She is also survived by three nieces and one nephew.
