He was predeceased by: his parents, Gerald Claus and Kathryn Claus; and his brother Gerald W. Claus. He is survived by: his wife Gloria "Jean" Claus (Weigand); his children, Thomas Claus (Erin), Mary Ann Raible (David), Peggy Yakich (Michael) and Jeffrey Claus; his grandchildren, Jennifer (Dave), Justin (Sarah), Lauren (Tom), Julie, Samantha (Steven), Kristin, Jacob and Michael; his great grandchildren, Mackenzie, Emily, Adam, Colton, Easton and Morgan; and his siblings, Regis Claus, Barbara Ann Dietz and Ronald Claus. He is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
