He is survived by: his wife Marcy Mateer; his children, Michelle Bowersox, Tracey Buchman (Adam), Sophie and Jared Bowersox; and his brother John (Andrea). He is also survived by loving nieces and nephews.

In lieu of flowers, donations may be sent to the Parkinson's Foundation of Western Pennsylvania.
